“Down by the Sea” is our meticulously designed luxury vacation home specifically designed for extended families and large groups. It is conveniently located in Emerald Waters Village, which features the added security of entry and exit gates, and video surveillance. Renters will be provided access codes for all security features as well as access to the larger community swimming facility. Additionally, this home features a private swimming pool, with tanning deck, outdoor shower, and pool deck for relaxing/entertaining. Located 1 minute from “private deeded beach access”, this property features 3 king master suites (1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors), and two bunk rooms (2nd floor), which conveniently sleeps 20! The open concept main level is perfect for vacationing families who want to spend time together! The main level features a custom kitchen with prep island, separate breakfast and dining areas, and a comfortable living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 60" Smart HDTV. The open living space is located steps from the side porch and pool deck, which offers easy access to the pool. There is a spacious king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet on the main floor that is perfect for senior family members. For your convenience, the main level offers a full laundry room with new Speed Queen washer/dryer, extra fridge and freezer and a mud room thoughtfully designed for sandy beach clothes and shoes.

The second level features an extra spacious Master King Suite with a sitting area which includes a sleeper sofa, generous closet space and a separate bunk room with 2 twin beds. The private master balcony offers peek views of the beach. To complete the master suite is a master bathroom designed with travertine stone that features a whirlpool tub, an oversized glass shower, and a double vanity. There are two additional bunk rooms. One bunk room has two queen bunk beds w/ a double bed trundle and the other bunk room has 4 double bed bunks w/ 2 twin trundles. These two bunk rooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third level is home to another King Master Suite with a large private balcony, a walk-in closet and peak views of the Gulf and romantic sunsets. There is an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a travertine stone and glass shower, and a double vanity.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
