"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra.
We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered.
Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"Was not able to get to the property due to fire danger so could not rate cleanliness bu but gave good ratings because the host was so helpful and cooperative about refunding our money based on fire risk. So we assume all property was good. "

"This property was perfect for our three-night stay in Kernville. Close to restaurants and shopping, as well as easy to walk to river. Pretty quiet and relaxing. Loved spending time on the little outdoor patio/balcony in the evenings. A family of deer graced us with their presence one night, which we enjoyed. A little strange having to wear a wristband all weekend but maybe a better solution can be found to identify guests in the future...?"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time! We loved the space, especially the big deck for stargazing and the creek for splashing around. There was AC throughout the house which made the hot days easy. This place is a total gem and only 12 minutes from town and the river! The only thing we would change for our next visit is that we would bring an extra air mattress as some of the fold out couches weren’t super comfortable. We are so glad we were able to stay here and we cannot wait until our next...

"Communication was great! The location was easy to find with enough parking right in front of the house. The AC units worked great and we were comfortable the entire time. Loved the two escape ladders as a precaution; we obviously didn’t need to use them but that peace of mind was great. I would easily book again without any reservations! Water pressure in the shower was fine and the fire pit was nice. There are horses right next door, which did smell a bit depending on the wind. But that was not...
