This home was so spacious and gave us a very relaxing place to "land" in between events. Like the description says...it has 5 bedrooms. 3 are King Master Suites (attached bathrooms). "We have been a lots of places and a lots of rentals but the experience we had at the property was nothing compares with other ones. The property owner Sam was the one of the best people l ever meet very friendly polite and kind I’m looking forward to go back because to many things we could do because of the rain. "I hope you are reading this before you booked this home/host. I did not and it did not turn out well. It was a terrible experience and is still going on a month later. We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen...

"This was all we needed for a trip to the Claremont McKenna College campus for graduation. The price was significantly better than the closer hotels where other family members were staying. The parking area was easy and the kitchen was great for preparing breakfasts during our four night stay. Liked the Keurig machine! The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. "We absolutely loved our stay here at the cottage home. Perfect for anyone wanting a nice get away in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and restaurant row in La Verne. Mostly we spend a lot of time on this trip just relaxing at the house. The shower has a tub, which believe you me, after a day of out n about is awesome to come home to a relaxing bath. We Absolutely loved making meals together in their kitchen (which is like my dream kitchen). The couch is so comfy....
