The hot water tap over the kitchen sink is quite temperamental - boiling hot when first turned on and cold very quickly after that. 2. A dust pan would have been very helpful to complete the job of sweeping the floor. That's it! Would stay again in a heartbeat if in Dubbo again. "

"Generally all facilities very good. The peacefulness of the location out of town gave a pleasant relaxing break. One major problem was the carpet in lounge area adjacent to the kitchen was slippery on the tiled floor causing one to fall striking their head on the sharp edge furniture as they stepped on to the carpet.
