"Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc."

I had to pick up a courtesy phone to say I was there for check-in, then someone came out to the desk. There was nothing special about staff courtesy I was checked in and given a room key. "Filthiest hotel I have ever encountered. I have asthma and allergies and could barely breathe in the room (musty, dusty air). Baseboards caked with dust and grime, yellow stains on pillow cases, sticky stains on walls and bed. We checked in and checked right out as I could feel my breathing starting to be affected right away. "The week we had chosen was extremely full and busy due to the rib fest and other local activities. The hotel was short staffed ( not their fault) and a large remodeling project was inside. The rooms are very nice and roomy. Good stay"

"I stayed here with my sons after a long day at Valley Fair. I needed connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I reserved and my request was met immediately. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with very modern choices. The lobby is welcoming with snacks and drinks (for purchase) and Vogue magazines on the side tables for reading. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again after a trip to Valley Fair. This was a very nice hotel."
