"The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night. "Really nice place, recently renovated (last year). Room is very nice, beds, bathroom, fridge, microwave, USB plugs and tv. We has a voucher for a discount…..I think rate was over $100 for a Saturday night, lower than others in town. Similar to Days Inn type hotel, but updated and nicer."

"Overall very clean and comfortable. Future I would request more pillows for bed but for the most part very satisfied with our stay for it being short and sweet for concert in town! Nice check in gal, very kind and friendly. Good explaining of how accommodations work for the area! "
