We had stayed there 2 times prior and so before I booked for the 3rd time, I called and made sure there was a shuttle to the airport. I told the woman that answered that we need a 330am shuttle. She responded stating it was upon request when we checked in. So when we checked in I advised her we needed a 330am airport shuttle, just like we have before and the lady looked at me and said it starts at 5am. I said that wasn't what I was told or I would have never had booked with them again, she said well it starts at 5am. So in a panic we had to find another hotel as our family was standing there with zero assistance from the front desk. No access to the hotel Internet and no service. Luckily the Hyatt Regency for more money was willing to work with us last minute and provided a 330am shuttle to the airport after a $15 Uber ride. Very very disappointed in Hilton.
