Lovely location, cute cottage, comforts of home

Check-in was super simple, the location is great, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The cottage is stocked with the basics. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had the basics to cook while staying there. While we were missing an item, the owner/host was able to respond and provide it in a timely manner. I would stay here again.

Very nice place. Quiet for sure!

Really nice stay. Only suggestions would be that it needs a light outside garage to see in dark. Could have been a bit cleaner. A bit uneasy about the loose tiles in the bathroom. A little bit of small fixes and this will be an exceptional place!

The apartment above the garage was spacious, well appointed, clean and incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is with myself for not checking out what kind of mattress and pillows they had so I could get one for my home bed. Great stay

Wonderful stay in upstairs rental. Nice cabin style decorating, comfortable king bed. Enjoyed the balcony with view of park. The nearby park is a great place to walk the dog. Only drawback for us (aged 65+) is getting ourselves and luggage up the stairs.

Girls Weekend Getaway!!!

After having our pet sitter cancel on us at the last minute we needed to find a place that would accommodate our fur baby. We found this adorable, quaint cottage for myself, my two adult daughters, my mom and my daughterā€™s Australian shepherd, Faline!!! This place is spectacular, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed!!! Itā€™s also in a great location, we were there for the Renaissance Festival, and this place was a quick 20 minute drive for us to there!!! Also, our pup was a bit unsure of her new surroundings and did let our Hostā€™s know by barkingšŸ˜¬ā€¦our Hostā€™s were great let us know she was upset, they us when she was done and reassured us that she was okay!!! Thank you for a great experience, highly recommend this place!!!

Overall it was fine. We were disappointed however when we realized it was an apartment over a garage. It was presented as a cottage/cabin. The key to the apartment was not there so we couldn't lock it when we left. The deck is very small and overlooks a park but all you see is a dirt hockey rink. Met ine of the owners, she was nice. Nice apartment overall and a great bed and linens.

Cabin near the Lake

This is our 4th stay. The space is bright, well stocked and well-furnished. The king bed is very comfortable. We love the view from kitchen window and the deck with view of trees. The location is great, for walking and short walk to nice swim area, with lots of restaurant options near by. Highly recommended rental and great hosts.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed the location as my husband is an avid cyclist. The balcony was a nice touch which gave us a green belt view as we live in the middle of a large city with a lot of concrete. The King bed was so comfortable. They were very responsive in communicating.

Loved our stay! Jake was extremely helpful when temps dipped super low and we needed a bit of help with our car! Lodging was cozy, warm and offered up a safe haven!! Highly recommend!

Quiet and Comfortable

This was our second stay here. It is a lovely spot; comfortable and private. The back porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee and to relax with a book. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in. The neighborhood is pleasant with some nice places to walk and friendly neighbors. We plan to return.

Great spot near the lake

Wonderful, spacious , cozy cottage in lovely tree- lined neighborhood. Close to Wayzata restaurants by the lake. Wasn't too far to go to downtown Minneapolis to the art museum. Owners clearly take meticulous care of this well situated, well outfitted, comfortable, place.

Cozy Minnetonka Getaway

This charming upstairs ā€œcabinā€ was ideal for us and an excellent value. It was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and very comfortable. There is a wonderful outdoor space that is like an extra roomā€”a spacious balcony patio with four very nice chairs and a table for morning coffee, reading and visiting. My sister had a special request (a tea boiler) which I was surprised was immediately accommodated. There were many more towels than we needed and if weā€™d wanted more all we would have to do is ask. The Keurig was generously stocked with my favorite coffees. That was a nice touch! The fridge was large and the kitchen was well set up for people who might like to have meals in. The location was perfectā€”tucked away in a lovely woodsy quiet neighborhood close to everything in Minnetonka.

We could not have asked for a better location for our weekend getaway. Made traveling around and getting back and forth from place to place easy and convenient, let alone the very affordable price for the beautiful home and location in comparison to other places in the area.
