Lovely weekend
My daughter’s bridesmaids stayed at the house for the weekend of the wedding and they loved it! There was plenty of space for them to hang out together! Great for a group!

Spacious home by Paisley park
House was very nice. The curtain rod in the second bedroom from the right upstairs comes apart. Toilet paper holder in the basement needs to be fixed. Otherwise the house was great perfect for our needs.

Wonderful as always
We have stayed with Emily and Kit on several occasions. Each time it’s been a very pleasant experience. The house was clean and had all the necessary items to make our stay pleasant. Emily and Kit are wonderful hosts. I strongly recommend this property or any other property that they represent.

Great place!
Our experience was in line with the other reviews - excellent! The house was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Check in/out was very easy, and the hosts were lovely! The only discrepancy was the number of cars allowed to be there. The listing notes “on-site parking (driveway) for 4-6 cars + free street parking”, but there is only a max of 5 cars allowed at any time (city ordinance). This was noted in the welcome message after booking (which I overlooked - my fault!) but still directly contradicts what is in the listing. We recommend updating the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. Also to note, the hosts were very nice about letting us know, so this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Everything else was fantastic!

Moms & daughters trip
We had 8 people in our group (4 moms/4 daughters) and we had the best time! Our girls repeatedly said that it was so much better than a hotel. There is tons of seating, so we were all able to hang out together. The bedrooms were all good size and very quiet. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. We felt very safe!!

It was very nice to have the room for everyone to have there own bedroom. Mutiple bathrooms made everyone getting showered quick and easy! Great areas also for family meals. Thank you for your hospitality.

Family Trip

Refuge from remodel
My kitchen was being remodeled and we needed a place for all of my family 3 adults, a teenager, and a 3 yearoild could be comfortable. Well by the 2nd day my grandaughter referred to it as "the better house". We all had our own space plus plenty of parking room for 3 cars and a Barbie car!

The house was Beautiful and Spotless. It was so comfy and cozy with lots of living area space. The bedrooms were nice and big and the amount of bathrooms in the house was perfect for our big extended family staying with us. Will definitely stay again.

Great rental with fantastic hosts
Extremely well equipped property in a lovely location. Super clean upon arrival. Nothing too much for our fantastic hosts (Kit and Emily) who were amazing. We stayed here for about 2 months (December/January). Lovely warm house with pretty much everything you need. A few things we found very useful were the steriliser, the scanner/printer, gas fireplace, kitchen equipment, electric garage, even the laundry room. Oh, and Kit’s driveway snow clearance (quickly after it snowed Kit would clear the driveway). Spacious, plenty of rooms which were all well furnished. We would highly recommend this property and would return in the future. I accidentally left something at the property and Kit promptly mailed it back to me. Finally, another mention of the hosts: welcoming, friendly, responsive: 10 out of 10!

Welcoming and spacious
We loved our time at this spacious and beautifully styled home. It had a ton of space inside and nice yard in the back for kids to run and play while adults relaxed. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had plenty of “the basics” available that many other owners skimp on. (I.e. paper towels, TP, towels, coffee pods, laundry detergent, I could go on) The owners did some cute personalized welcomes and even had a box of yummy truffles! The check-in was easy and quick responses to questions. I couldn’t recommend them more!! Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful home, perfect for our stay
The property was great for our stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of clean towels, very spacious, nicely stocked kitchen for cookware. The owners were very responsive to any questions. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great for a big family
We needed a local rental asap due to some remodeling and got lucky with this home, which provided enough wifi for my four distance learning kids and for each to have a room of their own. There are so many living spaces, too, we were really able to spread out.

Awesome getaway
This was an amazing property to rent. Everything we needed from a crib to high chair, spices , soaps, etc.. were provided. This was great because we flew in for a funeral and didn t want to purchase all those staples. It was a comfortable place to stay, plenty of rooms for visiting and relaxing with family.. Even though it was for a funeral it made our stay pleasant. Thank you for your generous hospitality. And the many extra blessing you provided. Like the sweet not of condolence for our family. Great stay in Chanhassen. Quiet, residential neighborhood. No complaints. Owners were easy to work with. My security deposit was fully refunded a week early which was a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again.

SIMPLY. AMAZING.
Emily and Kit's home was PHENOMENAL for our surprise bachelorette weekend we planned for my niece. The home itself was not only beautiful, but it was perfect and everything we could have asked for. The home had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! The hosts were so sweet and kind as well. They were accommodating to us and gave us little sweet surprises. We all were thrilled with the home and the kindness Emily and Kit provided to us. We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND everyone to stay here, don't look any further. Lol. Their rating speaks for itself!

Beautiful House
We absolutely loved our stay! It is a beautiful house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and in excellent condition. We loved the little touches that Kit and Emily provide: The box of chocolates on arrival, the way the kitchen cabinets are labeled with their contents for ease in locating things, the K-cups and sugar for coffee, etc. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to rent a house in the Twin Cities area.

Great Location!
Emily and Kit have a great home that was very clean and accommodating with more than enough room for our group of 8 ladies during our annual destination trip this year. It is in a quiet and very nice neighborhood where we felt very safe and comfortable and was conveniently located to all of our ticketed events. Check-in/Check-out was real easy. Both Emily and Kit were easily available when we needed suggestions for a best travel route to our Stillwater side trip and when we had a couple other questions. It even has a large, usable garage which we took advantage of while we were there. We can easily give this home high recommendation on VRBO.

Thanks, Emily & Kit--for providing good communication prior to our stay, and answering any questions during our stay as well. This VRBO is just as awesome as the pictures indicated. Bright, light, airy--open. Perfect for our girls getaway---and the location --nice neighborhood, easy access to the things we wanted to go out and do. Magnolia Farms in Chanhassen, MN
This property was perfect for our extended family as we gathered to celebrate my niece's wedding at Bavaria Downs. The house was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 kitchens, family room with large screen TV and sound system, lower level with fun games and a game station, deck & grill) and close to shops and restaurants. Our hosts, Emily and Kit, were quick to respond to any questions and check-in /check-out was a breeze. This property is nestled into a nice, quiet neighborhood. We will gladly stay here again on our next visit to Chanhassen!
