--BED and BATH--
Up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably in this two-bedroom apartment:
• Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and TV
• Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, private balcony, and TV. bath is just steps outside the room
• Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests

Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space in the closets, TV's and contemporary floor coverings add a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.

The apartment includes 2 full bathrooms, so getting ready will be a breeze for everyone! Both bathrooms include glass showers, sink, and large vanity mirrors. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light.

--LIVING SPACE--
The apartment features a large, open kitchen/living area, which is lined by floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light. Those ceilings, by the way, are 12 feet tall!

Although the North Loop is filled with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The granite peninsula provides extra counter space and a place for an appetizer buffet!

Kick back in the living room, where you’ll find comfortable sofa and armchair seating. It’s the ideal spot to play games, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or recap the day’s Minneapolis adventures.

Step out on your private balcony for some fresh air and incredible city views. The balcony is furnished with chairs so you can enjoy breakfast al fresco or wind down with a beverage at the end of the day.

--BUILDING AMENITIES--
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

*HOUSE RULES*
• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. This “no events” policy includes the common areas of the building.
• No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
• Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Great place!

Lovely unit, super clean, well-stocked kitchen. Parking on same floor which is very convenient. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. A combination of user error and a glitch made getting the keys a little more challenging than it should be,but that's partly my fault. Just read the instructions carefully. Overall very clear communication from host. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Great property in a great location

Loved all the little extras like the coffee, shampoo, etc. The only thing was we couldn't find any sheets for the pull-out sofa. We loved the place and will definitely recommend it to others.

Great place in a great location

We were in town for a concert at Target Field, and decided to turn it into a long family weekend. The Sable was beautiful as advertised, and in a great location. We were able to walk to the concert and back and avoid parking and traffic. We were also able to walk for our morning coffee, and several area restaurants which we loved. The weather was beautiful, so that helped! We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

Perfect space for two couples..each couple had a private bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The shared living area is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view. The kitchen is beautiful and well-appointed. Nicely decorated and clean throughout. Excellent building security..we felt safe. Location is great..walking distance to Target Field and several excellent restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and apartment

Excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway! The apartment was clean and decorated nicely! Great place to socialize with friends. We had dinner/drinks at a few places within walking distance. Felt safe. Check-in process was a little confusing at first, but easy to navigate once you get it. After parking in the parking ramp, you have to go down to the street and then enter the main entrance of the apartment building.

Perfect spot in great area

In town for a golf trip with some friends and this was the perfect spot to stay. Great bars and restaurants around. Parking and check in was seamless. Couldn’t have been any better.

Nice Location; Beware of Parking

Overall, the property was really nice and the location was perfect. Close to easy coffee, food and drinks. There were some issues, that are clearly common with function of the key card access to garage. It only functioned one of the three nights and on the other two; the management company was willing to remotely validate the parking ticket, but would not refund for the other nights charges for parking. It is not the cost so much as the clear knowledge of the problem and inadequate response to refund the cost to park when the ticket has already been used to exit the lot.

Loved our stay. Our only issue was the parking. The pass to enter and exit the garage wasn’t working and the management company was unresponsive to calls/text/email. As a result, we paid over $60 to park for our two day stay.

Terrible experience. 1st no communication. Called & emailed 2 days before we went, to ask about parking. Then called while we were there about issues and they never called back yet! After you park, you exit the ramp in the back of the building and walk around the block to the front door.(would have been nice to know!) Other issues - the heat didn't work in the main area of the apartment only the heat in the master bedroom ( again no one cared to call us back) . The washing machine leaks water everywhere. There were other issues to. Never thought a place would just ignore your calls and emails. Just the worst experience ever. Please dont reply with nonsense or apologies. I have the calls and emails saved.

Needed something in the North Loop for a couple days. Sable was the perfect location and feel. Really nice location, and the unit is clean, crisp, and modern. I'd live there if i decided to move.
