To abide by the building requirements and ensure security and ensure safety of the community, we require main guest`s background verification and IDs of the accompanying guests. The information is collected for screening and verification only via a secure link through an App. It is not stored or used for any other purposes.
After booking, you will receive a link to complete the background check, which takes just a couple of minutes. We kindly ask that you complete this process as soon as possible to ensure a smooth check-in.
Here are a few important points to note:
Passing the background check: We’ve never had any issues with guests not passing, and we believe most travelers would have no trouble meeting the requirements.
Failed background check: In the rare event of a failed check, we reserve the right to decline entry. A full refund will be provided, provided you cancel the booking on your end.
Refusal to complete the background check: If a guest chooses not to complete the form, no refund will be provided, and check-in instructions will not be issued until the form is completed.

* MANDATORY BACKGROUND CHECK As required by building management, guest must provide IDs and complete a guest verification form for community safety. ➔ If the Verification is not completed, no refund will be provided and check-in instructions will not be issued.
* NO SMOKING Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or anywhere on the property. ➔ Evidence of smoking (cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, marijuana, hazardous gases) will result in a minimum $500 fee, immediate eviction, and additional remediation charges.
* QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 7 AM Please respect our community: Keep TV/music volume low. No loud talking, heavy walking, furniture dragging, jumping or loud playing (including pets/kids).
* PARKING Free Street parking (1st come 1st serve basis only)
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events (birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, etc.). ➔ Evidence of a party = $500 penalty, reporting to Airbnb, immediate eviction without refund.
* SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Maximum guests occupancy allowed is 5 2 Queen Beds 1 Sofa Bed in the Living Room
* IN -UNIT AMENITIES Laundry: Complimentary washer/dryer in unit (detergent & dryer sheets provided). Please clean the dryer lint trap after use.
TV: 55” Smart TV (Login to your own Netflix/YouTube; please log out upon departure.)
* SECURITY Exterior camera at the entrance door for your safety. ➔ Tampering = cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and removal without refund.
* BUILDING AMENITIES To access building amenities you’ll need the fob located inside lockbox at the entrance door. - 24/7 fitness center
* ESSENTIALS AND SUPPLIES Starter quantities of essentials and supplies like toilet paper, soap, coffee, tea, sugar, salt pepper are provided. For longer stays, you my need to replenish items as needed.
* CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Standard Check-in: Anytime after 4 PM Check-out: By 11 AM (Strict) Late check-out fee: $50/hour unless pre-approved 24 hours in advance. Late-night arrivals (after 10 PM): Permitted, but no live support after 10 PM unless pre-arranged.
* ADDITIONAL RULES ➔ Extra Guests: No unauthorized guests allowed, if non compliance, $100 per guest per night will be charged
➔ Outdoor Shoes: Please remove outdoor shoes at the entrance to keep the unit clean.
➔ Furniture: No moving or rearranging of heavy items.
➔ Garbage: Tie garbage bags properly and dispose of them in the garbage room. Located at the end of the hallway on the same floor.
➔ Appliances: Turn on exhaust fans while cooking or showering. No unplugging TVs, cable boxes, or lamps.
➔ Lights & Windows: Turn off lights and lock all windows/doors when leaving.
* DAMAGES / CLEANLINESS Treat the home like your own. Extra cleaning, missing, or damaged items will be charged accordingly. Homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of belongings. Guests assume all risks arising from the use of the premises.
* COMMUNICATION I`m always reachable via message! I aim to respond as quickly as possible. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
* FINAL NOTE This is a home, not a hotel. Please treat it with respect for future guests and our lovely neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a wonderful stay.

Clean and well stocked condo! The beds were comfortable and it was nicely decorated. Such a great location with easy walking to restaurants and stores. We had an amazing visit.

Very fun neighborhood - our 30-36 year olds had gone to school with people living in uptown. Very close to friends and venues we had tickets to visit.

The apartment was clean and well decorated, and check in was easy. We appreciated the extras like coffee filters, shampoo,etc. being provided so we didn't have to pack or shop for them.
