Location! Our townhome is close to the MN Vikings Stadium, TCF Stadium Gopher Football, Guthrie, Surley Brewery, Univ MN, Downtown Mpls, GREAT bike trails, the airport, parks, art and culture. Our space is good for couples, business travelers, families, and big groups. There is a lot of space in this town home for everyone! Who doesn't love a steam shower, sauna, & hot tub (especially in the winter).

We have a great home, it is very comfortable with all of the amenities of home plus more!
There is lots & lots of light in the town home! There are so many windows. There is a lot of space and room for everyone. There are 2 different seating areas with Tvs (one on each level of the townhome). There is a large table for bigger groups and a kitchen with commercial-grade appliances. The kitchen is fully functioning & stocked for cooking. The town home is very quiet & private, even though it is in a vibrant neighborhood. The townhome is two-levels of living. The upstairs of the home features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, steam shower, sauna, & a Large Jacuzzi Tub. This house is a fun house, & it can be relaxing, too because of all of the space. There is a large private patio with a gas grill and bean bag toss game. Everybody loves a little fresh air!!

You will have access to the entire home and all of the great amenities. Outdoor patio & grill, Large Jacuzzi Tub, sauna, steam shower, 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, commercial kitchen, great views, free parking, and free wifi.

Coffee shops, public transportation, restaurants, & grocery stores nearby! Very fun area. Central location to everything!!

Our neighborhood is called SE Como. Our neighborhood has something for everyone! We are very close to Dinkytown (the U of MN neighborhood). Dinkytown has lots of fun eating/drinking, coffee shops, shopping & entertainment options to offer. Plus, all of the Gopher athletic events! We are very near to St. Anthony Main (the river), Northeast Mpls, Uptown, Downtown Mpls, Como Park (St. Paul), & Downtown St. Paul.

Insight Brewery is very close. They have a great beer selection & different food trucks daily. Food Trucks are Awesome!! Manning's & Sporty's are 2 blocks away. They are open from breakfast to late night.
There are many other businesses nearby, many of them walking & biking distance. There are several great neighborhood restaurants nearby, parks, coffee shops, gas stations, & groceries, too!

Free on-site parking (One Space) & free street parking.
Uber is a great way to get around, public transportation is nearby as well. We are close to 35W, 94E & 94W, & Highway 280.

Bicycles are a great way to get around:
"Nice Ride Minneapolis" kiosks located all over the city. The closest kiosks are 4 & 6 blocks away.
