It seemed like we were the only guests at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no hair dryer but I reported it and they brought one right away. One of the lamps was broken but they replaced it.

Kinda run down. They are in the middle of renovations though which is good but they're staff is really small though the front desk person in the morning was amazing, we bonded over a random turkey that was trying to get in through the turn around entrance. Thankfully it wasn't tall enough to set off the sensors. The parking lot is spooky and dark as hell at night so didn't seem really safe. Our room had double sized mattresses on a queen sized frame, the room wasn't well stocked and there was a weird long brown mark in the bathroom I didn't want to investigate. But the ac worked well, the tv worked well, the bed was comfy and it didn't smell weird. Still, not worth the price it's at per night.

I reserved two rooms and upon arrival it took more than six room to fin two that were suitable. Many rooms were not cleaned yet even though the front desk was told they were ready. On room the pass key machine was not working. the last room we ended up in the furnace was not working properly in the middle of the night it started and didn't shut off till after we checked out at 9 am. We had no hot water in either room and actually i don't think there was any in the whole hotel.

No pool or breakfast, as was advertised. Only one key allowed per room. On arrival, hair on pillow, pieces of duct tape on carpet, bandaid in shower drain, cracker crumbs all over, even in closet, stain on duvet. I have photos of all.

The property seemed to be under construction. We didn't have any towels until we asked, they couldn't provide shampoo or conditioner, there was nothing available for purchase. Expected "Radisson" quality, felt like I got a ran-down motel 6

The property was ok. We only stayed one night but the whole time we were there the floor we stayed on smelled of marijuana. We needed more toilet paper for our room and were unable to get it. We stood at the front desk for at least 15 minutes waiting for a rep to come which never happened so we ended up taking a roll from the public restroom in the lobby.

This was the worst stay I've ever had anywhere! I arrived about an hour prior to the 3:00 check-in and requested a possible early check-in explaining I just drove almost 4 hrs for a job interview and would be so appreciative to be able to spruce up some beforehand. I was told my room was not ready, still needed to be cleaned. Finally, at 3:07pm, I was told I could check-in. When I got to my room, I was absolutely disgusted! It was obvious this room had not been cleaned, not on that day or any day prior! There was black mold in the toilet bowl, obvious dust and dirt throughout the room, clearly had not been swept or vacuumed, water damage in the walls, only given one towel which was crumpled up and thrown in the dirty cupboard in the bathroom, and I had paid for a room with a microwave and fridge..which i did not have in the room. My guest and I were harrassed by the front desk clerk, Keke, and who I assume was her boyfriend/husband, about not smoking in the hotel numerous times even after watching us go outside to do so multiple times. There was no vending and when I asked where the ice machine was, Keke brought me half a bag of ice from the back room, which I felt was contradictory to their COVID-19 prevention measures, and honestly just ridiculous! I was treated as though I wasn't welcome, watched like a hawk, and felt as though I could not voice my concerns with the room for fear of the reaction I may have gotten from Keke and her "friend" at the front desk. Severely upset

We checked in and checked out 5 minutes later. The room was disgusting. Nothing was clean. There were stains on the bedding, food crumbs on the floor and on the table, and the bathroom had not been cleaned. This place is where nightmares comes to stay.

Worst Raddison Iā€™ve ever stayed in. So many issues, general hotel condition poor, freezing cold room, some lights not working, completely plugged sink, very slow draining tub/shower, elevator beat up, the best thing was a very nice desk manager.

The front desk staff upon check-in and check-out were friendly and courteous, but that is the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. The front concrete slab area is covered with cigarette butts. The elevator makes terrible noises going up and down, we were worried about it stalling. The room itself was not clean, positive that the sheets had not been changed, as there were hairs on them. The light switch was broken, as also was the extra security lock on the door. There was one wash cloth in bathroom and no hand towels. The double beds were set on a queen box, so it continually slid around.

We booked a king bed room butwe reached there we were they are finished and only two bed room left. There was no cleaners, no toweks in room. We call front desk no answer and we had ti sllep without shower. Elevetors were dirty and when Icalk in the morning was told to and get towels from frint desk myself. Was disappointing

This was an awful stay. Front desk staff are rude and very very laid back. No uniforms, they looked very unkept, from their clothes to their hair, they even had their purses on. I received no paperwork as the printers did not work. I learned that the $50 deposit is really $85.... There seems to be some kind of homeless program going on where families are staying at the hotel. They serve a mild breakfast only for those guests. There was no hot water in my room. I was told maintenance would be in a 9AM, only to learn there is no maintenance on the weekends.. Then I was given another room for an hour to take a shower. The room had fruit flies or some kind of bug flying around the shower and the bedroom ceilings. H.Com should not list this hotel until they get up to code with a lot of things. They should not rent to others while they are hosting a shelter program.
