Adorable studio with pool

This unique urban gem is in the heart of St. Paul's west 7th neighborhood just five minutes from the airport. Enjoy this brand new garden level private suite w/ kitchenette and separate entrance. Includes lux sheets on comfy queen bed, eclectic pool area, 2 patios, and hammock for viewing the garden and flock of chickens. Walk to many bars and restaurants, the Mississippi River and/or a natural foods co-op. We are right between the airport and downtown St. Paul, a few blocks off the bus line.

The space
The space includes a queen bed, small bathroom with tiled shower, eating area and kitchenette which includes mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot and sink. A few basic dishes are provided along with silverware, a cutting board and knife. Please note the kitchenette is not set up for cooking grand meals but will work great for the basics. There is also a large sectional couch which comes apart to form two more single beds if needed.

Other items to note:
We welcome all shapes and sizes of people but please note the bathroom in the guest suite is not well suited for especially large folks :)

The studio is in the lower level of the home and you may hear the occasional footstep above.

Guest access
Guests have separate entrance to lower level of the house, a patio at the side entrance, the top garden with hammock, plus the pool area with a second patio table and plenty of seating.
