This stay had all the amenities we needed, and had a great location. Appreciated the alleyway parking as the street in front of the home seemed very busy. We did find the beds fairly uncomfortable, and one bed had a very squeaky bed frame. We also had a few beetles that we found randomly in the home. Nothing too bad but worth mentioning.

This home was WAY bigger than we needed!! But we had 2 small dogs and wanted a fenced backyard (it is fully secure). The location was absolutely perfect - very central and easy to get to any cool spots in the city. We were 10 minutes or less from downtown, Mall of America, and the Minnehaha Falls. The host was extremely helpful and perfect amount of communication. I also appreciated the "check-out" instructions as we don't all really know how to handle personal homes. It's not a hotel - so don't treat it as such.They had all the amenities on point, but bring your own coffee/creamer if needed. Very warm - even when it hit -20F! The bedding was soft, home was clean, and tons of funs things to do inside. The only thing which might bother a larger family is living room seating. There's room for 3-4 people on the couch plus a kitchen table which seats 6. But if you're looking to lounge, you'll find yourself in the bedrooms. Or.... wait for it to warm up. Plenty of outdoor spaces closed patio to gather. For 2 adults and 2 fur babies, we had no worries at all. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to see the beauty of Minneapolis!

We loved this home and were very comfortable staying there. The upstairs bedroom suite was beautiful, spacious, and warm. The kitchen had newer appliances, which made meals easier & cleanup a breeze. There are many stores & restaurants nearby, this home is in a great location for us!The host is very accommodating when we contacted them and replied immediately with all the information we needed about our stay. This was a very good experience in Minneapolis!

This place was the perfect location to base out of while we watched the Twin Cities Marathon! Very centrally located, with good food options in the area. Great for walking around.. we didn't make it to Minnehaha falls unfortunatly, but would have loved to since it's so close! The house is great, fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals at home. We only wish that the dart board had better darts (:

Very nice property that easily slept 7 adults/teens. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and it was in a very nice/safe/quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house in a great location. The house is clean, comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We had one minor concern that Sam rectified quickly. All communication was quick and clear. It is a great location, close to the park and drivable to several nice restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Communication from owner was great. They thought of so many things, including Kleenex, books, coffee, tea and even some candy treats.The house itself was nice, very roomy and cozy. You could tell they have done some renovations themselves. The window air conditioner worked surprisingly well to keep the whole 1st level cool. We did not need to use the upstairs.

Great Stay!

I book the house for family and they loved it. It was hard for them to leave because they loved it so much. The host was great and responed to questions quickly. The house was nice and had plenty of room. I would for sure book this place again.

House was a little dated, but was suitable for our stay. We liked having enough space for our family to relax and the fenced in backyard. It was also a great location for anywhere we wanted to go. The only fownside was the "travel crib" is a bassinet and we were expecting a larger pack and play.

Wonderful!

We were so happy with the house, yard and location. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were in great condition. We loved the electric fireplace! The fenced back yard was perfect for our little dog. The communication with Samson was great! I would highly recommend staying there!

A place we called ours.

It was definitely a home away from home, and it was ours. We stayed there under unfortunate circumstances. The host was very flexible allowing us to stay as long we needed to, and allowing us to bring our dog. The backyard is fenced in. Sam is absolutely an amazing host. He ensured that the house was warm and comfortable during our stay when it was -30, and he provided space heaters throughout the house. I would definitely be coming back and would love to stay there again. Thank you Sam!

Nice neighborhood and close to everything.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hosts communicated promptly, and the house was both comfortable and conveniently located near the Mall of America and other amenities. We would stay there again.
