Great location and staff does a good job with what they have. Property is outdated. Beds are really uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was kind and attentive. There was a dollar store across the street and Target around the corner. The location was less than 20 minutes from the zoo, the Mall of America, and beautiful Minnehaha Falls!

This hotel is quite dated and understaffed. It looks lovely from the outside, but inside it was not a 3 star property. We felt bad for the staff, as they did their best but the suite we had was not cleaned properly. The mini fridge had someone’s leftover chicken dinner in it, and the floor was sticky. The front desk person cam right up to clean it, but places like this save money by understaffing and it isn’t fair to employees or guests.

nice little place, down fall was there is only one elevator & it is not very big but fits in with the hotel size. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

This property needs some serious maintenance and ongoing upkeep. The ceiling in the bathroom was severely water-damaged, and pieces were falling onto the floor. The trim in the room looked like the construction team had just run out of materials and stopped and never returned to finish the job. There was garbage under the table and dresser, or "Entertainment Stand," as it seemed to be being used for. All in all, it was not worth the price for the room. I would have been better off at an Airbnb. This property could be really nice if it was properly managed and cleaned.

The room we stayed in was adorable!! We loved the full kitchen and the separation of bedroom and living room space. The bed wasnt super comfortable, but it was okay. The restaurant, Celt's was yummy! The breakfast in the morning didn’t have a ton of options, but it was still decent. The waffle batter container was empty, so the nice staff member made some more and filled it up! She also made more biscuits for the biscuits and gravy!

Looked like a beautiful, newly updated hotel in the photos. There was no hot water on Friday, and we were told they wouldn’t be able to resolve the issue until Monday. The pool was tiny, and had tons of particles floating around. Hot tub jets didn’t work, and also had particles floating around. Breakfast: milk and yogurts were completely frozen in the fridge, the microwave didn’t have a turn table and had a burn mark inside. The entrance closest to our room had the card reader busted off, so we couldn’t enter through that door, only exit. The stove hood in our kitchen area didn’t work (the fan or the light). The tile in the bathroom was cracked in numerous places and the caulking was horrible around the shower and toilet. Underneath the sink had some sketchy tape job holding it together. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and had very large water stain marks. The light switches in one of the bedrooms didn’t work to turn on the lamps, but the switch in the other bedroom did. We had the air set to 69, but it remained 73-74 the entire time we were there. Most of these complaints seem minor, and I typically wouldn’t complain, but with the pool concerns and no hot water I feel it just all adds up. I would not stay at this location again.

What kinda upset me was. I booked this hotel for the hot tub and the exercise room. It showed this realy nice full gym on the internet. Get there at its a tiny room with 2 treadmills and something else. Looked like a storage closet. My son was looking forward to the hot tub. And that was out of order. The hotel looked like they just did a quick paint job and fixed a few things to keep it open. Room was nice. Those really are my only 2 complaints. Booked the room for those 2 things and didn't get either one. It was a nice suite though.

Usually love staying at this property, but searched pet friendly hotels for this stay and then upon bringing my dog found out they were NOT friendly towards pets at all. When passing in the hallway, my boyfriend heard the maids talking about how they don’t allow pets and how we shouldn’t have been allowed to stay. So upon checkout, I had to explain that it said ‘pet friendly’ on Expedia, and that I also informed them I had a dog upon checking in and they did not seem to care. I usually love staying there when in the area, however that was a more uncomfortable visit.

I was there celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. The check in was great, customer service great. The room was okay, there were a few concerns but nothing major that personally affected our stay.

The staff was amazing! We've been at properties recently where the staff won't even look at you and that was not the case here. Everyone was attentive, friendly, smiling and helpful, and the two times I called prior to our visit, someone actually answered the phone. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, but the appliances in our kitchenette were sketchy. We made due and replaced one planned meal in with a walk to the attached "Celt Craft House" restaurant. It was excellent so do not miss that! We would stay here again.

Pool appeared pretty dirty with sediment floating around on the bottom. The ceiling in our room also had a lot or water damage stains, balls of hair and missing tiles throughout. Not a good or cleanly look. The fan above the stove also turned itself on and we could not turn it off. Not the nicest Grandstay we've ever been to.

l chose to stay in a room with two beds and could only get a room with one small bed for two adults. eventually i was able to get moved into a king bed with a pull out. would have preferred two beds like I clicked on on the website.
