"Good - The room is great. The location of the hotel is also great, very close to nice restaurants and the green light rail. The hotel has a nice gym, so you can get your workout done just fine. Bad - The hotel only provides housekeeping upon request; however, it may not show up for several days in a row even after you request it. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with several hair in the shower drain and in the sink. Upon check-in, they put a hold in the credit card for incidentals -...

"Ficamos satisfeitos. O hotel é bem localizado e os apartamentos são amplos e confortáveis. Há uma cozinha muito bem equipada que pode ser útil em estadias mais longas. Se for utilizar a cozinha, fique atento ao fato de que as janelas não abrem e o sistema de exaustão não funciona de forma satisfatória. Evite refogar e, principalmente, fritar o que quer que seja."
