"Great staff"

"Very good facilities, super kind and helpful staff, good location. Rooms are very well designed, very quiet and clean. "

"It’s my best experience at an ibis hotel. From the kindness of the staff to the hotel facilities, which were impeccable. I congratulate the reception staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud, who, from the moment he received me, treated me with great kindness, gently and he was ready to help with whatever I needed. Congratulations for all! I do recommend Ibis Sharq in Kuwait! "

"Thank you for"

"I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast spread was marvelous with so many delicious choices, and the warm swimming pool was a real highlight. A special thanks to the wonderful staff, who made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout my stay. My room was very clean, though it does need a quick maintenance check—water leaks from the sides of the bathtub during showers even with the curtain drawn."

"Everything was perfect "

"Room was okay and clean, The nights were extremely noisy because there is a sitting area outside the room and many would sit at early morning hours and would talk very loudly, being very inconsiderate to the other hotel guests. This sitting area outside the room have to taken away"

"Don't expect luxury, of course. But equipment is functional and the place is well-managed by the staff."

"Staff was amazing went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. will definitely stay there again."

"Il manquait des serviettes et les chambres etaient mal nettoyées mais ils ont été reactifs."
