"This was an incredible get away for self care! The cabin is just that, small but well laid out and maintained. The view and lake access- superb! "A spacious house in a good location, 30 minutes from trailheads in Keene valley and 10 minutes from shops in Schroon. Paradox Lake is great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing; lots of wildlife--loons, heron, beaver, deer, heron, and even an eagle sighting. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, good wifi (even by the beach). Host was very responsive. Only significant negatives were the lack of an outdoor shower or hose to clean off sandy children and no lake-side access to the house."

"What an amazing mini getaway! The house had gorgeous views and so many amenities! We loved the game room in the lower level too and spent the first night playing pool and ping pong. The bed was super comfy and they provided plenty of blankets and pillows. The jetted tub was also a plus! We will definitely be back again!"
