Enjoy the gas fire pit on the lower level deck just outside of the bar area and other features. This is a very well stocked modern home that features a large gourmet state-of-the-art main floor kitchen with all of the amenities including granite countertops, a large island, dual sinks, dual ovens, six-burner Jenn-Air gas stovetop, a glass cook surface, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and a super large refrigerator and separate full size freezer to easily hold ALL of your refrigerator/freezer items. If this fabulous kitchen isn’t quite enough for your culinary needs, then enjoy our second full and complete kitchen in the lower level next to the wet bar. If cooking outside is your preference, enjoy your favorites with some great gas grill BBQ’ing using a huge grill on the deck right outside the main floor kitchen door, or if you really want to enjoy the outside with lake shore BBQ’ing, then take advantage of our HUGE charcoal/wood burning ‘Cowboy Cauldron’ for grilling your steaks, chicken, shrimp, hamburgers, hotdogs, veggies, etc. on a cooking surface large enough to feed the masses! The options are endless. You can also enjoy the Cauldron as your lakeside "fire pit" for your evening get-togethers for socializing and making memories! Revel in the peaceful tranquility of the water, watch birds, ducks, and many of the other wonders of nature from the boathouse and deck on the water. There’s also great fishing off the dock...catch bass, catfish, blue gill, etc., clean them on our outdoor filet station and grill your catch on the lakeside cauldron!

Enjoy the beautiful water views right on the water from our boathouse. Or read a book, take a nap, or simply relax in the quiet tranquility of nature. Take advantage of the boathouse Tiki-bar complete with refrigerator. Enjoy available kayaks, or bring your boat and dock it at our boathouse for safety and security. Enjoy wireless Internet, play games on the Wii, or watch a show on TV’s located in many areas of the house – don’t forget about sport favorites like College and NFL playoff season, the Super Bowl, March Madness, the Masters, the Kentucky Derby, the World Series, or whatever you prefer. Please Note that the previously available hot tub referred to in some reviews is no longer available. Also, for security purposes cameras are positioned at various locations on the exterior of the property, but none at any location inside the property. We are located on the ‘public’ side of Lake Anna, also known as the “cold side” of the lake. Create lifelong memories and stories that will be enjoyed for generations to come!
