Rock Island Landing is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.

If there’s something you need and it's not listed, please ask for more information! Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. We offer K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker and you are welcome to bring your own ground coffee or coffee beans to use our drip coffee machine. Some outdoor amenities include: dock, beach, fire pit, deck, and propane gas grill. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA! We have easy access to a nearby boat ramp.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for 4 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking

- Pets Allowed with Prior Approval



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
