Relax and unwind with the whole family in a brand new, custom-built 6,000 sqft home nestled amongst the trees. The ultimate oasis sits on an expansive 3.5-acre property surrounded by tranquility on the private side of Lake Anna, Virginia!

Almost Heaven LKA is a luxurious 4-bedroom home offering the perfect combination of seclusion and modern amenities. If you’re looking for the perfect home to spend time with your family, an ideal space for a work or wellness retreat, or a weekend getaway, Almost Heaven will exceed your expectations!

** The Location **
-The property is conveniently located between several airports (RIC, CHO, IAD) making Almost Heaven easily accessible.

-Take a day trip to Charlottesville and explore the many Virginia wineries nearby!

-A quick one-hour drive to the state's capital of Richmond is always a treat!

**The Space**
Almost Heaven is located in a pristine community with lakefront access, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, a private beach, tot lot, and more!

**The Features**
The custom-built home features two oversized main-level en-suite bedrooms, and two upper-level en-suite bedrooms, providing space and privacy for everyone.

Enjoy serene views from the large porch, and grill on the Blackstone, or gather around the custom-built ten-person dining table.

Wake up to peaceful and serene views of the trees surrounding the property. Inside, the expansive Great Room offers a massive smart TV for movie nights, with streaming services available on all TVs for guests' convenience.

The spacious kitchen is a chef’s dream and is fully equipped with two ovens, a microwave, and many small kitchen appliances. The open space main level has ample seating and space for the group to enjoy.

The two main level suites are on opposite sides of the home. The primary suite is the ultimate space for comfort and relaxation. The suite features a king bed and a smart TV. Relish in the soaking tub of the primary bathroom, or enjoy the expansive shower that boasts two showerheads.
**Note: The primary suite does not have a closet accessible. However, a clothing rack is available for hanging clothes for guests staying in this suite.

The second main level bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, ceiling fan and an oversized chair to curl up, read, and relax!
The upper-level bedrooms both have their own bathrooms and multiple beds.

The loft space is fun for all ages and includes a pull-out sofa, a PlayStation 5, multiple board games and plenty of space to relax and have fun.

The basement includes a finished rec room which is an open canvas that can be used for a meeting space or small gathering. There is a private work area tucked away in the basement. The perfect place to hop on a work call or to finish a pressing project!

Relax on the spacious porch, enjoy the expansive yard, or fire up the grill for outdoor meals. Almost Heaven is your perfect setting for lakeside relaxation, family fun, and quiet evenings under the stars.

-No pets are allowed without prior approval.
-Complimentary parking for up to 8 eight vehicles.
-Max of 10 guests.

***In agreement with the short–term rental agreement terms, we require our guests to complete a verification process. An email or text will be sent to you via Truvi. As accidents can happen, we strongly suggest that you protect yourself via the $35 non-refundable damage waiver or by paying the $500 refundable deposit.

****For safety reasons, the fireplace is currently not available for use.
-Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and community.
-No illegal activity is allowed on the premises.
-There will be an additional cleaning fee assessed for not adhering to the no shoes policy or any stains/damage caused during your stay.
-The HOA and county both require that all guests be at least 25 years or older to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a legal guardian throughout the duration of their stay.
