When you decide to venture from this home, you'll be in the heart of all that North Georgia has to offer. The charming town of Blue Ridge is 11 miles south, where you can dine, shop, and take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. You'll be close to excellent fishing opportunities on the Toccoa River and only nine miles north of Lake Blue Ridge, where you can launch a boat, take a swim, or picnic on the shores of the 3,290-acre lake.

This was the worst stay with poor communication and abhorrent customer service. The AC went out in the cabin on June 13 and my husband and I had to relocate to a hotel for our comfort. It was in the 80s with the thermostat set at 68. We attempted numerous times to contact the after hours emergency number with no VM set up. After talking to Vacasa customer service, we were told they would send maintenance on the 14th. No communication until I reached out midday June 14 with no update. We only stayed 1 night and are petitioning for a refund.

Just ok

The property was not fully cleaned. Someone’s boxers and lingerie hanging from the towel holder in the upstairs bathroom along with dirty towels. Also, the air cannot be controlled as it says. In the afternoon/evening the temperature was in the 80s inside. Unable to be adjusted.

Don’t stay here

I booked this home for me and my wife along with our 4 month old puppy (paid the pet fee). Upon arriving we checked the main level floor, the only floor we would need, and found it was filthy. My wife vacuumed the floor and filled up the canister half way. We then went on the patio and my puppy picked up a cigar butt. 45 minutes later my puppy began having tremors. To cut to the chase, nicotine is poisonous to dogs. We drove 90 minutes to a 24 hour vet, they kept her overnight and saved her life. I contacted the management, Vacasa, through texts and advised them that renting and charging a pet fee should ensure pet safety. They advised me someone would call me, they never did. I asked about extending another day since we lost one and they said they would check and get back to me. 24 hours later I heard nothing. I asked again and just hours before we were supposed to leave they responded with, no.The home was beautiful, but again filthy. I suggest you don’t rent this home who is managed by Vacasa, whom I will NEVER rent from.

Perfect weekend

The cabin was exactly what we needed. The layout was perfect for 4 adults. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a hangout area downstairs. Firepit and hottub to complete it.

Getaway retreat

Was a great stay, place was quiet and very nice gave a great cabin vibe. Overall house was very clean including the hot tub. Fun place close to a lot of the small towns.

Cabin was comfortable. Only a few issues to address. Rug corner are bent up and a considerable trip hazard. Could not get 2 of the 3 coffee makes to operate. There was no remote for the living room TV. I did find a bowl with several remotes downstairs in the game room. The fire pit area was not clean. Broken be ch, numerous weeds, and pit wasn’t clean made it an eyesore to the rest of the property. Several channels lost signal while watching tv and internet was weak at the cabin making videos recorded while rafting unable to be watched. Other than those things, the cabin was a delight and the layout was great! The bedroom upstairs with attached balcony was really cool! Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful cabin clean and private However , Vacasa SCREWED us over!!!!! My son is home on military leave. I had added some extra days to our trip and confirmed it with my credit card and they never added the dates in the system so it got booked by someone else. so right in the middle of our trip. We had to pack up and leave and find another place to stay. After 2 hours on the phone with Vacasa on our vacation nothing could be done. They absolutely did not make it right. They dropped the ball and made what is supposed to be a special time with our marine quite stressful .

Short Spring Break Get Away

We enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was clean and comfortable. Very private and relaxing! We were there Saturday afternoon through Wednesday (4 nights) and didn’t see another car coming in or out until we met the cleaning lady as we left this morning. We enjoyed staying at this cabin and the hot tub was nice after an afternoon spent hiking to see the Falls Branch Waterfall. We would rent this cabin again.

Clean inside, outside could be better

Other than low water pressure, inside of house was nice and clean. Outside could use some work with landscaping, shaky mason blocks to step into hot tub, and the fire pit has seen better days.

January Cabin Stay

Overall, the cabin was nice and cozy. However, we had a few issues to include trash piled up upon arrival; kitchen sink water barely came out of faucet; basement had a bad smell; fireplace did not work most of time; firepit area was not at all landscaped and needs some work. I spoke with the management company about the issues, and they did get the fireplace running, but it did not work for long. I called back and they offered a $100 amenity credit which I never received. The stay was not worth the money considering all of the fees charged.

Quiet Thanksgiving

This cabin was perfect for our family. Our teen enjoyed her own area in the downstairs game room with tv and ping pong table. The cabin is pet friendly with a gate on the patio to secure them from wandering. The fireplaces can be tricky, but we called and were walked thru the process of getting them lit. The kitchen is a little sparse (no spices) with utensils but we made do. Overall, great trip. Plenty of fun things to do in Blue Ridge, cant wait to come back.

Wonderful secluded mountain cabin

Pros: Loved how secluded it is. There are a couple neighbors down the road but we never noticed them because of the trees. It is down a gravel/dirt road but my Rav4 made it just fine even with the rain. We enjoyed the balconies and the mountain view every morning and evening. The firepit out back was nice, just bring your own wood. We went white water rafting with Raftone which was about 15 minutes away. Cons:The cleaners didn't empty the dishwasher from the previous renters, the mattress was hard, and the landscaping need some TLC. But that wasn't enough to bother us. Would definitely stay here again!
