"Everything was as described. The view was beautiful. Close to Chico which is what we wanted. After check out we drove through Yellowstone park, in the snow. Saw some animals including a moose (bucket list). Perfect short get away for our anniversary!"

"Host was excellent to work with. The place was clean and well stocked. Was above our expectations. "This was such a nice place to stay on the Yellowstone River by the Hot Springs. It was wonderful to get to soak in them after a long day of traveling. The Beds were comfortable. The wifi was good. Big TV's in all the rooms. We woke to a large herd of Elk in the yard with a bull Elk. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Such a cool place and so impressively outfitted throughout. The kitchen is brilliantly stocked, right down to clips for chip bags and to-go cups for your hot drinks. Jenny and Don seem to have thought of everything that someone might need or enjoy. You can tell when people care about what they’re doing, and this place shows. Like all great places, the cabin is a little out of the way (hence the name Backroad Cabin) but is easy to locate. If you’re not used to driving on dirt roads, just take it...
