"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "

"Don’t hesitate to book this amazing “Incline Village” home. Great location with beautiful peekaboo views of Lake Tahoe with a great deck! My fiancé and I booked this home for our destination wedding at Chimney Beach just North of Incline Village. Wish we could have stayed longer. "Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it."
