"Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception. The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G. The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower. Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL."

"The rooms are snug, clean and beautiful with all your necessities. The hotel is super central in the bustling Bukit Bintang, with the monorail and Pavilion shopping centre a few steps away, and Jln Alor for your foodie needs. If you're not about noise and flashing lights this is not your area. The staff are friendly, as always. I've been coming here for years, will keep coming back, this place feels like a home to me."

"Very clean! It's a nice place to spend few days. Not far from the tourist places! The deluxe room has a size that is ok and very clean! It's a good value from what you got! The only problem that I saw is the area for toilets at the lobby, it doesn't look like that you are at the same hotel! Dirty and abandoned!"

"The hotel is in a busy area in KL, full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast could have more options of fruit and bread. The attendance is polite and efficient."

"Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again."
