"The place is just as pictured. New, clean, easy to find. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, grills & picnic tables outside. The price with worth it. We stayed here while in town for kayaking with the bioluminescence and it was perfect. I would recommend bringing your own frying pan, but everything else was great. "

"Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. "

"What a great place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed it here. The boat was spotless and clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. "Our family enjoyed our stay. Kids of all ages enjoyed the pool, kayaking and the dock. Very spacious and well eqipped for all of your needs. The parks are a short drive from the property. The owner is very nice and even though he lives on the property, you never see him so you have your privacy. We got to see a rocket launch on our last day and you can't get a better view! Grumbley's Pizza is a must have while there!"
