Located at 148 Route de Baleste in the town of Mimizan (40200), Salins neighborhood, a 2-minute drive from the first supermarket (Carrefour Market) in Mimizan-bourg, about 10 minutes from Lake Aureilhan, and 10–15 minutes from the ocean. The bike path is 500 m away.

New 32 m² mobile home with an 18 m² covered terrace featuring a garden table, 6 chairs, 2 armchairs, and 2 lounge chairs. Shaded site!!!

* 1 master bedroom: 1 bed (with mattress protector) 140 cm wide + 2 pillows, closet with hanging space, shelf above the bed, 2 nightstands + lamp.

* 1 children’s bedroom: 2 beds (with mattress protectors) 80 cm wide + 2 pillows, closet with hanging space, shelf above the bed, nightstand.

* 1 fully equipped kitchen, 4-burner gas stove, range hood, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Ample storage space.

* 1 corner living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, dining area with 2 additional stools, and a TV with HD digital terrestrial (TNT) via satellite dish.

* Separate toilet and bathroom with sink, storage closet, and spacious shower.

Sheets, fitted sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and bath towels are not provided.

From Mimizan, Bordeaux is 1 hour and 30 minutes away, the Pyla Dune is about 1 hour away, and Spain is 2 hours away.

Weekly reservations from Saturday at 2:00 PM to Saturday at 11:00 AM. Water, electricity, and gas are included in the rate. No nightly rentals.

From Saturday, July 9, to Saturday, July 16: €600 per week
From Saturday, July 16, to Saturday, July 23: €700 per week
From Saturday, July 23, to Saturday, July 30: €700 per week
From Saturday, July 30, to Saturday, August 6: €700 per week
From Saturday, August 6, to Saturday, August 13: 700 € per week
From Saturday, August 13, to Saturday, August 20: 700 € per week
From Saturday, August 20, to Saturday, August 27: 600 € per week

A deposit of 350 € (per week) is required to secure the reservation. A security deposit check for 300 € is due upon arrival. Tourist tax is payable upon arrival.

Vacation checks and money orders (such as Western Union) are not accepted. Payment by bank transfer, check, or cash.
