The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and capsules for both Tassimo and filter coffee machines.

It has a terrace measuring 10 square meters, with both west and north-facing positions, furnished with terrace furniture and an electric barbecue.
