Welcome to our holiday cocoon in Mimizan Plage! This 95m² house, completely renovated in 2024, combines the charm of the old and modern comfort with a light but flattering decoration and a vintage and cosy atmosphere for unforgettable moments with family or friends.

The bright living room, bathed in light thanks to the large bay window, is equipped with a comfortable sofa and soft armchairs. Enjoy your family evenings in front of the 32" connected TV (Canal+, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount, TNT) or relax while browsing the internet thanks to the high-speed satellite connection.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals. You will find everything you need to cook like at home: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, washing machine...

The 3 bedrooms, decorated with care, offer a peaceful sleeping area. Master bedroom with direct access to the terrace, a 160 cm bed and television. One bedroom with a 160 cm bed and the last one with two 90 cm beds.

A large garden with trees, facing south-west is the ideal place to enjoy the sun. The terrace, equipped with an automated awning, a dining area and gas barbecue will allow you to have lunch in peace. A friendly and lazy atmosphere awaits you on the deckchairs, the garden lounge or on the hammock.

Ideally located in a residential area, 100m from the supermarket and 600m from the beaches, forest, skate park, casino... You can easily walk to the city center of Mimizan Plage.

- Bed linen provided at an additional cost of €20 per person, including sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels.
- During the summer season (July/August) a minimum occupancy of 7 days is required.
