This one-bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a secure building, comprises a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds (90x190 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

You can also enjoy a balcony equipped with an awning and everything you need to share meals with family and friends.

A parking space is provided.

Surf enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the immediate proximity to the beach and the surf school located at the foot of the building.

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linens and bath towels are not provided. We kindly ask you to bring the essentials for your stay: toilet paper, cleaning and toiletries, paper towels, and basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc.).
