Relax in the bright, open living room with a large sectional, modern fireplace, and expansive windows overlooking the park. The chef-ready kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, and full cookware, plus a spacious dining table and breakfast bar.

- Basement — Bedroom 1: Queen Murphy bed – a smart, space-saving design with a foldable chalk table that can be used as a home office when the bed is not in use.
Upper floor — Bedroom 2: King bed – the ultimate in comfort for a restful night's sleep.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with plenty of storage.
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a large work table, great for remote work or study.

TWO MODERN BATHROOMS
Enjoy the home's bright and contemporary bathrooms, featuring sleek fixtures, beautiful tile accents, and thoughtfully provided toiletries. Spacious showers, soft towels, and a clean, modern design make every morning routine a pleasure.

OUTDOOR OASIS
A private backyard with a fire pit and a colorful patio dining area — perfect for morning coffee, evening BBQs, or unwinding under the stars. Enjoy a friendly game of cornhole in the yard.

GUEST ACCESS & PARKING
Full access to the entire home (4 bedrooms, 2 baths, living/dining, and kitchen) plus the backyard. Parking includes a 1-car garage, 2 driveway spaces, and street parking. High-speed Wi-Fi, in-home laundry, and streaming-ready smart TVs (with a media lounge) are all available.

Early check-in may be available with prior approval for $25/hour.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors), including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. Exterior security cameras monitor the property; violations may result in a fine of up to $200, plus any cleaning/deodorizing costs.
- No parties or large gatherings.
- Quiet hours: Weeknights 10 PM–6 AM; Weekends 11 PM–7 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
- Guest count may not exceed the number on your reservation (regardless of age).
- Trash & recycling: All trash must be tied in bags before going in the outdoor bin; recycling bin for recyclables only. Improper disposal or litter: fine up to $100.
Linens & towels: Please treat with care. Heavily stained/damaged items may incur replacement charges up to $200.
- Barbecue grill: You're welcome to use the barbecue grill during your stay. We simply ask that you clean it after use. If the grill is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be charged after checkout based on its condition. If it's cleaned properly, no additional charge may apply.
- Registered guests only: No subleasing; only guests on the reservation may stay overnight.
- Cornhole Game: Please gently return the boards to the covered patio area to prevent weather damage. Place the cornhole bags back in the designated bin for the next guests to enjoy. Thank you.

MID-TERM STAYS (28+ NIGHTS) — the following are required before check-in:

- Background check — required for each person staying ($50 per person).
- Signed lease agreement — completed and on file for all guests.
- Host approval — guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.
- Starter supplies — items such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries are provided for the initial stay only and are not replenished during long-term stays; guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
