For street parking in Wauwatosa, including the area around 6910 Auburn Avenue, street parking is restricted overnight between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM. If you need to park during these hours, you must request overnight parking permission, which can be done via the city`s online portal. However, no parking permissions are granted during declared snow emergencies. Free on-site parking is available, but if guests require street parking, they should apply for overnight permission ahead of time​

For Mid Term Reservations: For all reservations longer than 28 nights, we require the completion of a lease agreement. In addition, a background and credit check will be conducted to ensure a smooth and secure stay. This process helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. - Pets: Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
