The check-in staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was trying to find my confirmation number on my phone, and the person checking me in was mocking me while I was looking.
The room wasn't stocked with the basic amenities, the sink stopper was broken and had to be removed to be able to use the sink, there was barely any hot water. The breakfast buffet was barely stocked & they didn’t have any coffee.
There are signs everywhere that it is a smoke free facility, but that wasn't enforced as there were multiple people smoking cigarettes, vapes, and other illegal substances.
Nothing was done about the screaming and threats of violence that could be heard from the rooms at all hours of the day and night.
Our room keys were deactivated hours before check out. Between not being able to get in and out of the buildind due to inactive cards and hallways being blocked with carts and cleaning equipment, getting things to the car was a struggle. Then you have the front desk calling your room telling you you are taking too long to check out. The person who checked us out was polite, but had zero interest in answering our questions or being helpful.
