Hello Paul We have already spoken on the phone during your stay and as explained, I am sorry you had issues on arrival. We did send out the full key collection instructions together with maps and key safe code just after 3pm on the day of your arrival. Key collection details are sent after we receive payment. We can see that you opened the email the following day. The issue with the TV was a property management one, not an SSMK one, there was a problem with no signal in the block and they called out an engineer who was going to attend as soon as he could. I did speak with you the morning after your arrival and offered you a transfer to another apartment which you accepted and then declined later in the day saying you would stay in the original apartment. Again we are sorry you feel you had a bad experience and if the SSMK team could have fixed the TV issue we would have done so to ensure you enjoyed your stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We only supply 3 dishwasher tablets on arrival for our guests. But we will now look at getting washing machine tablets. Please let us know which apartment you stayed in so we can look at Blinds for the apartment thank you
