The Layout
The home is arranged for ease and comfort:
- A bright living and sleeping space with soft furnishings and calming decor
- A fully equipped kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, and dining table
- A compact modern bathroom with bathtub and an additional WC

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom One: King-sized bed with warm, inviting decor
- Bedroom Two: Double bed with green-toned interiors
- Please note: By default the master bedroom (bedroom one) is set up as a King size bed. This can be amended to be 2 single beds to accommodate groups - please let us know in advance if you would like the room set up as 2 singles.

Located just a few minutes from the historic Bletchley Park, the property offers convenient access to local shops, eateries, and public transport. Train links to London and nearby towns make day trips and commuting a breeze, with Bletchley train station located just a 10 minute walk from the property. The National Bowl is less than 10 minutes away by car, playing host to festivals and concerts all year round. For history lovers, the famous Bletchley Park is a short walk away, and the local area amenities also include museums like the National Museum of Computing. The area is packed with things to do for sports fans as well, with Stadium MK (5 mins drive, 18 mins bus, 30 mins walk) and the famous Silverstone Circuit (30 mins drive) just a stone`s throw away. For day-to-day amenities, Lidl, Tesco and Co-op are all within walking distance from the property.

House Rules
- No smoking, parties or pets
- Respect the neighbours and keep noise levels low

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
