The luxurious Villa Elegance is located 60 m from the sea and 70 m from the center of Duboka bay and only 2 km from the center of Milna on the island of Brač. The luxurious Villa Elegance is located on a 350 m2 property and provides an area of 200 m2. The villa is spread over 2 floors: ground floor and first floor connected by marble stairs.
Luxury Villa Elegance has an outdoor heated swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and is ideal for a comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people.
From the courtyard of the Villa Elegance through several glass walls you enter the air- conditioned ground floor of the villa, which contains a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with sofas. On this floor there is also a room with a single bed for one person, a sofa that can be pulled out and used as a comfortable double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Second floor of the villa consists of 3 rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms with shower.
The luxurious Villa Elegance is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WIFI, washing machine and ironing facilities, private parking, boat mooring for a smaller boat, 1 kayak, 1 sup board and 2 bikes.
