"We had a very comfortable stay. The house had a lot of facilities provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything including pots and pans, to sharp knives. Overall the house was very clean. The hostess was always reachable and answered all our inquiries promptly."

"the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. "

"No step entry had a 10 inch step up to an uneven floor. Pet friendly cover up smell greeted you when you opened the door. Area rugs in front room & bedroom were dirty. Furnace blew cold air constantly. Host tried to say we had air on. Looked spacious in ad but was tiny and cramped."

"The Casita by the Lake was charming for our vacation in Lake City. Patty was quick to answer questions, check-in was seamless, and everything was clean and well-labeled for easy use. The lake decor really helped us feel like we got away from the big city for a much needed respite. The sauna and sauna hats were a hit! Thank you."
