"It’s a good get away if you want to get away from the city and connect more with nature, a lot of different bird species to admire. The staff is really well organized help us with any questions. The cabin was really well organized and clean."

The staff worked to resolve the issues however ever the coffee maker didn’t work correctly. The microwave was replaced soon after check and the male staff member was good about the issues but the female seemed frustrated with switching the coffee maker and gave me a non working replacement. "This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced, but since I had paid and was from out of town I stuck it out until morning. The property is basically falling apart. Several moldy or broken ceiling tile. The bathroom had been aggressively caulked with spotted stains of growth still slowing. A large chipped gash was in the tub. They were stains all over the back of the door. The lobby bathroom is accessible to the attached bar grill, with all the association of what to expect a bar...

"I stayed at this property last year en route back east after spending the winter in CO. When I was woken up early in the morning by chipping birds I remembered why I didnt ever want to stay here again. Come on propert owners - get rid of the birds and the garbage that needs to be brought to the dump! And please buy new Bed covers. The ones on the bed I slept in must have been used the past 10* years. It was disgusting. Sorry for this review but you have to know you need to step your game up!"

"I was not made aware the pool was down for maintenance even after chatting with the front desk clerk and I were talking about me taking my 6 year old the next morning. VERY DISAPPOINTED. "I believe the girl I spoke with was new. Either busy or just didn't care. We were attending a visitation. I asked if our driving time got us there before 3:00 could we check in. Abruptly she said '40.00' You have got to be kidding. The Manager told me this morning we could check in an hour early at no charge! "Upon arriving the container of kitty litter with a questionable liquid, trash all over and a shopping cart out front should have been a hint. Then getting to our room we found it less than clean. Blood stains on the floor, a towel had blood (or dark) stains on it. Found a red pill on the floor. Curtains werent on all the hooks and due to a late check in we had to hang them ourselves to shut them. Outlet next to sink didnt work. The bathroom had water spots and mold on the walls. "The only reason I give a 3 star review is regarding amenities. The hot was out of use. The washer did not spin the water out of my clothes. (Small load). After 2 cycles of the dryer, my clothes were still very damp"
