"The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. The breakfast area manager was no where to be seen. When we’ve stayed here before, a very friendly lady was always in...

"When we arrived at the hotel late Thursday evening, the front desk person was helpful and assisted us in getting a roll away cot for our room. When we opened the cot after he left the room, we found candy wrappers, stirring sticks and other trash in the fold. As we settled in, we noticed that the toilet was running and found that we could not get it to stop so we listened to that all night. We had trouble with the room keys working and had to go to the front desk several times to get them...

"The room was clean. Large and plenty of space and has kitchen , microwave and electric stove and nice seating area."

"There was hair on every piece of linen in the room. The air conditioner is not in the sleeping area so it did not stay cool. Also the power for our room shut off around 4am (yes we reinserted the card and everything) our last night and when we called the front desk to report it, we were told the maintenance man wasn’t in yet. So we had to get ready in the dark without power."

"Each time we stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel, the rooms are neat and clean! We love that 3 adult beverages are offered at no charge with each night you stay as well as breakfast from 6am to 9:30 during the week (weekend hours are 7am to 10am) and even dinner from 5-7pm. The dinners that were served during our recent stay were both wonderful (pasta w/a creamy tomato sauce and grilled chicken (the chicken was so so so good OMG..tender, and flavorful) and salad, and the next evening they served...
