"The property is attractive and has updated appliances, which initially gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.)...

"Our stay was fine, the location was amazing & the parking spot in back was SO convenient. The hosts also allowed us an early check in which was a total life saver as we were traveling with a toddler. However we did not believe this was a 9.8 star stay. It seems like the cleaning crew went on vacation and never came back. Right off the rip we noticed there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or in the kitchen. There was a significant amount of dust/debris on the decor, trim, window sills....
