"It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. "We had a lovely 3 days staying in Topcroft cottage. All bedrooms are great sizes and having the 2 en-suites was very helpful as we were travelling as 2 families of 4. There is plenty of space for 8 people, the wood burner kept us cosy as the weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped! Phillipa was so kind and dropped in a freshly baked cake and bread when we arrived, these went down a storm with all. The cottage is in Hathersage and attached to the village pharmacy. Parking is adequate for 2 cars...

"The property is modern, clean and warm with the pictures and listing giving an accurate impression. The only slight criticism we have was that the sofa was a little uncomfortable for sitting on. Also, the parking location wasn't that clear, but we did manage to park outside the property. Our overall impression is favourable and we will definitely be looking to use the property again on our next visit."
