"This was the perfect space for our weekend getaway! I am a sucker for interesting old buildings and this one felt like a great balance between historic and modernized. The large jacuzzi tub was an especially welcome amenity during the winter storm that kept us cozied up inside. Our hosts were great, too! "We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean...
