"Wonderful house and property; spacious, clean, well-equipped. Internet connection was flawless. Home theater was a nice touch. Excellent refrigerator and freezer space with two in kitchen area. Guest house was very helpful. Property well maintained and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best things in our experience was the availability of the host who responded to our concerns an inquiries super quick and was always helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to others."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the little blue house. It is well furnished with a completely equipped kitchen. Peaceful water views. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds. Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. "This house was perfect! Exactly as described! Great communication, easy check-in, and super clean. We had everything we needed and then some! The sand on the private beach was soft and the water was great for swimming. We went crabbing off the back dock and watched the waves from the front fire pit. "This was a beautiful weekend getaway. My wife and I had a lovely time relaxing before we welcomed our second child. "The condo is phenomenal! It is right next door to a super cute bakery and walkable to all of the shops. We even walked to the local brewery. My only note would be that the parking is extremely tight. We drive a midsize SUV that's not huge and we had to do a six or seven point turn to get in and out of the space.
