Living Spaces & Kitchen
Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming atmosphere with both a main living room and a separate family den—ideal for groups who want a little extra room to unwind. The heart of the home is the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. For coffee lovers, we’ve included both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker, so you can start your mornings exactly how you like.

When it’s time to relax in the evenings, head to the private movie theater room, complete with a large projector screen. Whether it’s a family movie night or catching the big game, this space offers a true theater-like experience right in the comfort of your vacation home.

Sleeping Arrangements
Firefly Haven offers comfortable and well-appointed sleeping spaces across all three levels of the home, ensuring both privacy and convenience for every guest:
• Main Level: Spacious King Master Suite
• Main Level: Secondary King Suite with a private attached bathroom
• Upstairs: Two Queen Beds in an open, airy space
• Downstairs: Private Queen Bedroom

With five full bathrooms, there’s no need to worry about sharing space—everyone can enjoy their own comfort and convenience during their stay.

Outdoor Experience
The outdoor space at Firefly Haven is truly where this property shines. The great backyard makes it easy for guests of all ages to enjoy time outside, whether you're playing yard games like cornhole and Kan Jam, relaxing in the sunshine, or simply taking in the peaceful lake views. There is a propane BBQ grill. We do not supply propane, you are welcomed to use what is left or take the tank to get filled up.
Unwind on the back patio in the hammock, a perfect spot for an afternoon nap or a quiet moment with a book. As the sun sets, the backyard becomes an ideal place to gather and enjoy the beauty of Lake Sinclair.

Down at the water, you’ll find a private dock in a PRIME location, offering easy access to the lake. Water depth typically ranges from 8–10 feet at the dock (please note water levels may fluctuate daily depending on conditions). Guests are welcome to bring their own boats or jet skis and tie them off at the dock—just be sure to bring your own ropes and bumpers for securing your watercraft.
For those looking to explore the lake, we provide 4 kayaks and 1 paddleboard for guest use, making it easy to enjoy a peaceful paddle right from your backyard. All children must bring their own fitted life vest. To make your lake days even more convenient, we also provide outdoor lake towels for all guests.

Plus, you’ll be directly across the lake from The Club at Lake Sinclair and its beautiful golf course, giving you both scenic views and easy access to a premier recreational destination.
