Deer 86 is a two-storey chalet with a cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows that provide an abundance of natural light. On the main floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace. On this floor, there are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom, and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

On the lower floor, there is a spacious living area with a wood-burning stone fireplace, a pool table, 65’’ smart TV, three sofa beds (bedding included) and a workspace. There are also two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor. One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a bunk bed (single on top, queen on bottom and twin trundle).

On the covered terrace, there is a BBQ available all year around and patio furniture. In the backyard, relax in the private hot tub, or by the firepit and Adirondack chairs.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and an electric vehicle charging station.

There is a tennis court, two pickleball courts, a basketball court, a children`s playground, an outdoor swimming pool (available during the summer months) and an indoor pool (available all year) for guests to relax in. Watercraft such as kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are available on site for guest use on Fiddler Lake during the summer months. During the winter months, guests can enjoy access to an outdoor ice rink, snowshoes for hiking and toboggan rentals.

A convenience store is available at the Recreation Centre.
