"No smoke detector!!!Very dissatisfied after all the great reviews! It is a lovely older home in a great area. And the hot water faucet in the main bath has one temp—scalding. Two of us were scalded. The grout in the other shower was black and the tiles were not clean. The carpets were very grimy also. Didnt gel we could barefoot in the house. The host did communicate promptly and we did appreciate that."

Cobwebs hanging from kitchen blinds. There is a very strong mildew smell that takes a bit to get used to but a large air purifier runs nonstop to take the edge off....

"Ray and Angela were awesome hosts. They were very friendly and made us feel at home. My husband and I really enjoyed our time there.The cabin was beautiful and really clean. It is pet friendly and our fur baby loved it. The fishing is good too. Across the water from where we were was Goat Island and lots of people stopped by to visit the goats. They offer both paddle boat and kayak rental. They have drinks and fishing bait for sale. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back...
