We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. A special thanks to **Tryphine at reception**—she was incredibly **helpful, kind, and professional**, making our check-in process very smooth. Her warm welcome set the tone for our entire stay.
The room was clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return in the future!

"Great place to stay if you’re in south Calgary! Large clean pool area, large parking lot, great food places choose from inside the hotel or in the parking lot. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I look forward to returning to this hotel when I come back to Calgary. "

"I have an autistic son and he got into a little mischief at the hotel and when I advised one of your staff members YURI who was present he rolled his eyes at me and gave a little chuckle in disgust after I had informed him my son was autistic. I was disgusted and angry by his display. Surely if you are going to hire someone and they represent your company that they can show a little empathy and understanding and provide a little grace.
