"We had a late check it for an early morning flight. The receptionist that night was great. He was really helpful, kind and when we told him that we had to check out at 3:30 for an early flight he said that breakfast would not be ready yet but all we had to do was to let the morning guy know that we were leaving for an early flight and he would give us a bagged breakfast. We did and they gave us fruit, muffins, cheese sticks and juices! Oh my gosh! I have never been treated so well! And the rooms...

"We arrived late night and were greeted by staff. We checked into our room and discovered the tv remote didn’t work. We went downstairs to have breakfast which was very little to choose from. The bowls of tangerines and apples had a sign on them that said fruit not washed. No sink around to wash them. We asked the man at the desk to please fix our tv remote and asked for fresh towels. We left for the day. We left our sign on the door that said please make up room. Got back to our room around 8...

"Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back."

"Hot tub and pool was nice. Breakfast was OK. There was stuff in the fridge that you could heat up in the microwave. The staff were OK. I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK."

"My family and I loved the place! The room was clean and the staff were super kind. Breakfast was much better than I anticipated. I loved the quick cake pancake maker, the omelets so much more variety of food. Likely will stay whenever we are back in town!"

"Hotel is not ADA compliant. There is 3 floors and no elevator. Dated. Could use work on overall cleanliness of rooms, found rappers from previous people. Breakfast did not have very many options and closed relatively early. Came back to our hotel and they had shut off the keys, even though we had another full day booked. We had a 60 lb dog and a 100 lb dog, so very pet friendly. "
