"There might be several reasons to stay at the Rack Shack. Ours was the location, not far from Fallingwater which we visited the following morning. Also, the modest price for an entire cabin was appreciated. Visiting from northern Maine we were right at home with the antlers and taxidermy. And if you look past the furry decor you'll see that the building is far from a shack....it's finished nicely, all buttoned up, clean and comfy. Quite secluded, with nice a outdoor area, along a dirt...

"We accessed the property and decided to go home instead of stay there for the two nights, so locked the door and left. Why? There are 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor with hard uncomfortable beds, while the only bathroom is on first floor, far away. Only kids could access the loft. Bathroom overly large right off kitchen, while living room small with TV near ceiling. Sat at kitchen table momentarily, but had to move to let partner into bathroom. Nice decks outside, but none screened, so bugs everywhere...

"Adorable lodge. Clean with comfortable beds. Good amenities and nice shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs (queen bed room and a room with 4 twins beds). Our family of five all stayed upstairs - the kids loved the twin room. There is another bedroom downstairs. The kitchen can use a larger frying pan but is otherwise well appointed.
